Dr. John Park – Board Member

Dr. Park is an educational reformation and sustainable development project consultant for the United Nations University. He also holds a full-time assistant research professor at Penn State University. He is a founder of Pillar foundation international, which addresses sustainable development projects in various countries, including South Korea, Kenya, Ghana, Mongolia, and Malaysia. He has been developing and researching engineering curricula in South Korean and American Universities as a consultant while mentoring many faculty members and young leaders. He gave a talk on leadership for sustainable development. His research addresses engineering education, entrepreneurship education, STEM project-based learning, self-regulation, multiple identity development, and women empowerment. Dr. Nasibu Musa Kalokola – Board Member & Strategic Advisor, Education and Capacity Building

Dr. Kalokola is a foundational education expert who provides strategic direction for DOSO’s learning and skills development programs. His extensive, field- tested consultancy work is underpinned by a distinguished academic career, making him uniquely qualified to design interventions that are both pedagogically rigorous and contextually transformative.

As a PhD holder in Linguistics from Rongo University (Kenya) and a first- class Master of Arts in Linguistics graduate from Sanata Dharma University (Indonesia), Dr. Kalokola possesses a deep scholarly understanding of language,communication, and learning theory. His foundational Bachelor of Arts with Education from St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT) cemented his professional grounding in pedagogy. For over 14 years, he has applied this expertise as a university lecturer and department head at St. Augustine University of Tanzania, directly shaping the next generation of educators and linguists.This academic authority is powerfully translated into practical impact through his high- level consultancies. His role as a Training Consultant for Swisscontact's U-LEARN I& II project involved localising skills manuals for youth and women’s groups, directly enhancing employability. His work with Enabel Tanzania to map informal apprenticeships and his precise translation and localization of technical manuals for Boart Longyear demonstrate a consistent ability to bridge formal knowledge with community and industry needs. For DOSO, this combination is invaluable. Dr. Kalokola ensures that our capacity- building initiatives—from curriculum design to community training—are built on sound educational principles, are culturally resonant, and effectively equip individuals with the skills for sustainable advancement. He is instrumental in aligning our programmes with both local realities and global standards of excellence.

Bukunmi Ogunsola – Board Member

Bukunmi nurtured during his bachelors and master’s program , trained as a linguist at the University of Ibadan where he developed an interest and further studied dyslexia in children and its prevalence in his home country, Nigeria. However, he also maintained a passion for field linguistics and language documentation. The Endangered Languages Documentation Programme (ELDP) paved the way for him to explore the vistas of language and cultural endangerment, as he won the ELDP grant to document Len-Mambila (mzk) spoken in border communities bordering Nigeria and Cameroon. As a 2019 Fulbright, he taught Yorùbá language and culture at the University of Georgia (USA) and is currently a Ph.D. student in the Department of Literacy and Language Education at the same university. Bukunmi’s goal is to explore literacy, literacy practices, intersections of linguistic repertoires within rural-urban language ecology, and multi-literacies in Africa.

Denis Olgen Kiobia – Board Member

Mr. Denis is an early-career scientist who earned his MSc in Biological Systems Engineering. He earned his MSc from Virginia Tech, USA, in 2021 and a BSc in Agricultural Engineering (2010) from SUA, Tanzania. He is a PhD student in Engineering at the University of Georgia under the supervision of Dr. Glen Rains. He is also an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Engineering Sciences and Technology at Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA), teaching subjects in Instrumentation Electronics, and Precision Agriculture. His focus is on instrumentation systems, particularly in precision Agriculture and modelling. He has been working intensively on designing sensors to monitor and detect insects in the Agricultural field. Mr. Denis is exploring various options to detect and classify whiteflies using intelligent systems (sensors, the Internet of Things, Machine Vision, and Machine Learning). Mr. Denis has published several research articles on field and storage insect detection. He has participated in several related conferences in the US and is a member of several technology associations. Currently, Mr. Denis is conducting multiple training sessions for farmers on the use of the Internet of Things for profitable farming. Mr. Denis has the ambition to assist youth in self employment by designing and developing AI tools for agriculture and industrial businesses.

Pamela Kimario – Board Member

Pamela is a PhD candidate at the University of Georgia, Department of Language and Literacy Education. Her current research is on the language and literacy practices of Swahili-speaking immigrants in the southeast United States. Pamela holds master’s degrees in Comparative Literature and Intercultural Studies and in African Languages and Literature Pedagogy. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in education from Saint Augustine University of Tanzania. She has taught English at secondary schools in Tanzania for a year.  She has also worked at several universities as a language instructor, including the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the University of Florida, and the University of Georgia.

Pamela has a heart for people, especially the youth. She is passionate about helping the young generation discover their potential and achieve a goal-oriented life. She believes every youth, regardless of background, deserves a proper education and care to prosper in life. She is committed to helping in any capacity possible to empower youth and vulnerable populations.

Our Staff

Meet Our CEO : Nichesius Godwini


Godwin is a Ph.D. student in Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development at the University of Georgia and the Chief Executive Officer of the Domicile of Success Organization (DoSo-Safespace). Originally from Tanzania, his work bridges scholarship, social work, and leadership, with a lifelong commitment to empowering vulnerable communities and strengthening opportunities for children and youth.
At DoSo, Godwin provides strategic leadership dedicated to advancing education, literacy, and youth development. Under his guidance, DoSo implements programs that provide school support, promote lifelong learning, and equip young people with practical skills that foster personal growth, resilience, and community transformation.
Godwin is also the founder of Success Languages Academy (SLA) in Mwanza, Tanzania, an institution focused on international language training and computer education. His background in education includes teaching English Language in many secondary schools, communication skills at Horizon College, TUMI Theology College and St. Dominick Pastoral Centre. In 2022, he was awarded the Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) fellowship by the US Department of State, where he taught Swahili and contributed to African Studies courses through the African Studies Institute at the University of Georgia.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts with Education from St. Augustine University of Tanzania, a Master of Social Work and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from the University of Georgia, a Certificate in Behavioral Change, and a Certificate in Business Administration from Western University of Canada. He is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Coaching, complementing his doctoral studies and strengthening his approach to leadership and organizational development.
Godwin’s vision is to support individuals, young people, and organizations in discovering untapped potential, cultivating resilience, and building equitable systems that promote sustainable growth. Beyond his professional roles, he remains deeply engaged in mentoring youth and advocating for education as a powerful tool for social change.

Mahamba Sebastian Ihonde – Chief Program Manager

Mahamba is a co-founder and a Chief Program Manager at DoSo. He also teaches English at TUMI college in Mwanza, Mahamba holds a Master of Arts in Linguistics from St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT) and participated in the prestigious Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement (TEA) Program at Montana State University, US. In 2025, he was recognised as one of the Top 50 finalists for the Global Teacher Prize in Dubai.Mahamba specializes in English language instruction, media literacy and content creation. His work is firmly grounded in media education at Star TV, promoting Challenge Based Learning, integrating technology in ESL, and fostering community engagement. He currently serves as the President and board member of Africa ELTA (English Language Teachers Association).

Alen Anthony – Community Engagement and Outreach Director

Anthony serves as the Community Engagement and Outreach Director at the Domicile of Success Organization (DoSo) and is a seasoned development professional with extensive expertise in resource mobilization, grant writing, project management, and organizational development. He has played a key role in strengthening the growth and sustainability of diverse institutions, collaborating with organizations such as Tanzania Youth Alliance (TAYOA), IntraHealth International, and the Archdiocese of Mwanza. Through his work, organizations have enhanced internal systems, secured sustainable funding, and expanded their development impact. He brings valuable international experience to his practice, having taught Swahili at Pitzer College in the United States. He later completed specialized training in Human-Centered Design at the University of Oslo, Norway, which has shaped his people-centered, practical, and results-driven approach to institutional development. In addition to his professional work, he is an accomplished author of several books on personal growth, leadership, and development practice, including Kushinda Hofu ya Maisha, Tambua Nguvu Uliyonayo, and The Master Class: Project Management, Resource Mobilization, and Grant Proposals in the 21st Century. Through his writing and professional engagements, he equips organizations and individuals with practical skills in project management, proposal development, and donor engagement, enabling them to thrive in today’s dynamic and competitive development landscape..

Grace Jackson – Field Officer

Grace Nyamwilahila Jackson is a dedicated English educator with over 10 years of teaching experience in public secondary schools. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education (English) from the University of Saint Augustine, Mwanza. In recognition of her academic and professional excellence, she was selected as a Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) alumna, participating in the prestigious program at the University of Notre Dame during the 2023/2024 academic year. Grace is also a co-founder of the Domicile of Success Organization (DoSo) and has actively served as a DoSo Field Officer, working closely with women and girls in secondary schools. In this role, she has contributed to mentoring, educational empowerment, and community-based initiatives aimed at supporting girls’ academic growth, confidence, and leadership development. Deeply passionate about education, language, and community service, Grace is committed to inspiring learners and expanding educational opportunities. Through her teaching and development work, she continues to make meaningful contributions at both local and global levels.

Frolian Godwin – Public Relations and Communications Officer

Frolian is a communications professional and the Public Relations and Communications Officer of the Domicile of Success Organization (DoSo Safespace). With a background in mass communication, public relations, journalism, and broadcasting, he is dedicated to using strategic communication to promote social impact and community empowerment in Tanzania and beyond. At DoSo, Frolian leads communication and public engagement efforts, overseeing media relations, content development, and organizational visibility. He plays a key role in documenting programs, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the organization’s mission, values, and impact are communicated clearly, ethically, and professionally. Frolian brings experience from television, radio, and nonprofit communication environments. He is passionate about amplifying community voices and supporting DoSo-Safespace’s vision of empowering children and youth through education, mentorship, and safe spaces, while continuously growing his expertise in strategic communication and nonprofit advocacy.

Jenipher Martin – Child Welfare Program Officer

Jenipher Martin is a dedicated child development and welfare professional with a strong passion for supporting children’s wellbeing. She has experience working as an Office Assistant at SOS Children’s Organization, where she supported children-focused initiatives while also handling administrative responsibilities.
Jenipher has also served as an Early Childhood Teacher at St. Aloysius Pre and Primary School in Geita, as well as at King and Queen David Pre and Primary School, where she contributed to early learning and child development programs.
Currently, she works with DOSO as a Child Welfare Program Officer, where she supports and oversees children’s programs and coordinates volunteers within the community. In this role, she has participated in visits to multiple primary schools alongside team members to identify and support children in need.

Our Volunteers

Shitambo Felician

Felician has received professional training in Business Decision Making and Investment from IVEY Business School, Canada, equipping him with analytical and strategic skills applicable to both educational and organizational leadership. His leadership capacity has been widely recognized through awards for accountability and service, including his role as a co-founder of the International Students Association in Uganda, where he also served as a lead coordinator and liaison for Tanzanian students residing in Uganda.
During his time at SAUT, Felician served as the coordinator of the 19th Graduation Ceremony Committee, demonstrating strong organizational, administrative, and leadership skills in planning and managing large-scale institutional events.
In addition to his professional roles, Felician has shown strong commitment to community-based service through his volunteer engagement with the Domicile of Success Organization (DoSo). He has actively supported the organization by mobilizing and organizing youth, conducting school visits, and collecting community-level data for the Nishike Mkono Program, contributing meaningfully to evidence-based planning and youth-centered interventions. His consistency and dedication in this role reflect his deep commitment to grassroots development and social impact.
Currently, Felician Shitambo is the Founder and Managing Director of JIKOMBOE Daycare, Pre and Primary School, an institution dedicated to providing quality early childhood care and primary education, with a strong emphasis on academic excellence, discipline, and moral values. Through his leadership, Felician continues to contribute to strengthening educational foundations and nurturing future generations.
Rose Joseph

Rose is a Business Administration graduate specializing in Accounting from St. Augustine University of Tanzania and a committed volunteer with the Domicile of Success Organization (DoSO).
While still a student, Rose was among the beneficiaries of DoSO’s Learning and Development Program, through which she gained practical skills, mentorship, and personal growth opportunities. She also received additional training through the Generation Empowerment Program (GenEm), further strengthening her professional and leadership capacities.
Following her graduation, Rose chose to volunteer with DoSO as a way of giving back to the organization and the wider community that supported her journey. In her volunteer role, she actively contributes to organizational activities while continuing to learn and grow professionally.
Guided by humility, integrity, and a strong willingness to learn, Rose aspires to develop as a knowledgeable and responsible professional while remaining deeply engaged in supporting and empowering young people.
Stella Elibariki

Stella s a graduate in Public Relations and Marketing from St. Augustine University of Tanzania. During her university studies, she received professional training in proposal writing, fundraising strategies, effective communication, and professional development through the DOSO Program at BMCC Mwanza and the Generation Empowerment Program (GenEm). Driven by a passion for youth empowerment, she volunteered with the Domicile of Success Organization (DOSO), supporting education and training initiatives for young people while strengthening her practical communication and organizational skills.

Currently, Stella works as a Sales and Marketing Officer, where she is responsible for promoting products and services, developing effective marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients to support business growth. She is committed to professionalism, strategic communication, continuous learning, and contributing meaningfully to organizational success.
Elizabeth Wamboi Mutunga

Elizabeth is a Ph.D. student in Special Education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with a focus on inclusive education. She is a Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) alumna at the University of Georgia, where she taught Swahili language and culture. She holds a Master’s degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s degree in Education (English and Literature) from Moi University, Kenya.
Elizabeth currently serves as a senator in the UMass Graduate Student Government, East Africa Representative for African Graduate Scholars at UMass, and Secretary of the Kenyan Students in Diaspora (KESID). She previously served as a student representative for the Kenya Scholars & Studies Association (KESSA) and as President and Secretary of the African Graduate Student Forum at the University of Georgia. In these roles, she advocates for international students. She is passionate about youth mentorship and community engagement.
