As the Founder of Pillar Foundation International, he works with communities and partners across South Korea, Kenya, Ghana, Mongolia, Malaysia, and beyond to turn ideas into meaningful development initiatives.
His work empowers young people, educators, entrepreneurs, and women through education, STEM innovation, leadership, and skills development.

Dr. Nasibu Musa Kalokola – Board Member & Strategic Advisor, Education and Capacity Building

Dr. Kalokola is an education and skills-development expert with over 14 years of academic and consultancy experience.
He has worked with leading development and industry partners, including Swisscontact, Enabel Tanzania, and Boart Longyear, focusing on practical, locally relevant learning solutions.
At DOSO, he leads education and capacity-building initiatives that empower communities, youth, and women with skills for sustainable development.

Bukunmi Ogunsola – Board Member

Bukunmi is a linguist and emerging education researcher specializing in literacy, language documentation, and inclusive learning in Africa.
As a Fulbright scholar and ELDP grant recipient, he has advanced language and cultural preservation through research spanning Nigeria, Cameroon, and the United States.
His work connects research, education, and community development to strengthen literacy, preserve endangered languages, and expand opportunities for underserved communities.

Denis Olgen Kiobia – Board Member

Mr. Denis is an agricultural engineer and early-career scientist specializing in precision agriculture, intelligent sensing systems, and agricultural technology.
A Ph.D. researcher at the University of Georgia and Assistant Lecturer at Sokoine University of Agriculture, he brings strong expertise in instrumentation, IoT, machine vision, and machine learning.
His research and farmer-training initiatives focus on using innovative technologies to improve agricultural productivity, pest management, and profitability.
Driven by a passion for innovation and youth empowerment, Denis develops practical AI-powered solutions that create opportunities for self-employment and sustainable agricultural transformation.

Pamela Kimario – Board Member

Pamela is a Ph.D. researcher in Language and Literacy Education at the University of Georgia, specializing in language, literacy, and inclusive education.
With academic and teaching experience in Tanzania and across leading U.S. universities, she brings a strong international perspective to education and community development.
Her work focuses on strengthening language and literacy opportunities for diverse and underserved communities.
Passionate about youth empowerment, Pamela is committed to helping young people discover their potential and pursue meaningful, goal-oriented lives.
Through education, mentorship, and community engagement, she champions opportunities that enable young people and vulnerable populations to build brighter and more sustainable futures.

Nichesius Godwini – CEO

Godwin is a social development leader, educator, and Ph.D. researcher in Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development at the University of Georgia.
He serves as CEO of Domicile of Success Organization (DoSo-Safespace) and President of the University of Georgia Student Government, demonstrating a strong commitment to inclusive leadership and youth empowerment.
A 2022 Fulbright Scholar and Founder of Success Languages Academy in Tanzania, he brings extensive experience in education, social work, nonprofit leadership, and community development.
His multidisciplinary expertise enables him to connect research, leadership, and practical action to create meaningful opportunities for young people and underserved communities.
Godwin is driven by a vision of empowering people to unlock their potential, build resilience, and contribute to sustainable social transformation.

Alen Antony – Director of Operations

Mr. Alen is a development professional and Director of Operations at DoSo-Safespace, with expertise in resource mobilization, grant writing, project management, and organizational development.
He has supported institutions including TAYOA, IntraHealth International, and the Archdiocese of Mwanza to strengthen systems, mobilize resources, and expand their development impact.
With international experience in education and Human-Centered Design training from the University of Oslo, he brings a practical, people-centered, and results-driven approach to organizational growth.
As an author and development practitioner, Anthony is passionate about equipping organizations and individuals with the skills, partnerships, and resources needed to create lasting social impact.

Rose Joseph – Finance and Administration Officer

Rose Joseph is a Business Administration graduate specializing in Accounting and Finance from Saint Augustine University of Tanzania and a dedicated volunteer with the Domicile of Success Organization (DoSo).

During her studies, Rose gained valuable knowledge and practical experience through DoSo programs, and Generation Empowerment (GenEm) program. As a volunteer, she actively supports organizational activities while continually learning and developing her skills. Guided by humility, integrity, and a strong willingness to learn, Rose is committed to growing as a knowledgeable and responsible professional while contributing to initiatives that empower young people and promote positive change in communities..

Frolian Godwin – Public Relations and Communications Officer

Frolian is a communications and public relations professional passionate about connecting people, ideas, and opportunities for positive social change.
As PR and Communications Officer at DoSo-Safespace, he helps share the voices, experiences, and achievements of the children, youth, and communities the organization serves.
With experience in journalism, broadcasting, and nonprofit communication, he builds meaningful connections with partners, supporters, and communities through clear and authentic storytelling.

Grace Jackson – Field Officer

Grace Nyamwilahila Jackson is an experienced English educator with over 10 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Education (English).
A Fulbright FLTA alumna at the University of Notre Dame, she brings valuable international experience in education and language development.
As a co-founder and Field Officer at DoSo-Safespace, Grace works closely with women and girls, supporting mentorship, education, confidence, and leadership development.
Passionate about education and community service, she is committed to expanding opportunities and empowering young people to reach their full potential.

Shitambo Felician – Community engagement director

Felician Shitambo is a community development and education professional with expertise in leadership, strategic decision-making, youth mobilization, and organizational coordination.
As Community Engagement Director at DoSo-Safespace, he leads grassroots engagement, school outreach, youth mobilization, and community-based initiatives that strengthen local participation and social impact.
His experience includes leadership roles in student and community organizations, as well as professional training in Business Decision Making and Investment from IVEY Business School, Canada.

Jenipher Martin – Child Welfare Program Officer

Jenipher Martin is a child development and welfare professional with experience in early childhood education, community support, and children-focused programs.

Castory Paschal is an Information Technology and Finance professional with experience in data management, education, and financial administration.

He has professional experience with Abt Associates, the National College of Tourism, and St. Mary’s Seminary Nyegezi.
A committed community leader, Castory has served as President of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul in the Archdiocese of Mwanza and currently serves as a National Project Officer.

A Fulbright FLTA alumna, she brings international experience in language education, student leadership, and advocacy for diverse communities.
She has held several leadership roles representing African and international students across U.S. universities.
